Dressed in a simple black camisole, the 30-year-old model-turned-author sweetly cradled Luna (full name Luna Simone Stephens) in her arms for the shot, as dog Puddy poses in the foreground.
It is clear to see that the new mum is (understandably) smitten with her little girl.
