GAGs

How it works: Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are the body’s natural hydration source and their main function is to hold moisture within our skin cells. It’s this water reserve between cells that creates structure and makes the skin look plump. The most common GAG found in the body is hyaluronic acid, which can hold 1000 times its weight in water.
