Yes, you did read that correctly. You will soon be able to shop Zara online in New Zealand.
Updated: 2 March 2018
Confirmed by Zara’s official website, and giving us ALL the retail therapy feels, online shopping for the Spanish retailer will soon be available for New Zealand residents.
The landing page for NZ has been updated to state March 14 as the date we’ll be able to start shopping from. The scrolling images on the page hints the ranges soon to be available to shop online will extend to women, men and children collections.
Zara followers and avid fashionistas across the globe have adopted the brand for its access to high-end inspired pieces at an affordable price point.
Born out out of Galicia, Spain in 1975, the clothing and accessories brand providing “instant fashions” has grown to become the world’s largest retailer, with expansions to the United States, France and the majority of Europe during the 1990s, accelerating Zara to its colossal popularity today.
The fast-fashion giant only made it to New Zealand shores in 2016 opening its one and only store (so far) in Sylvia Park, Auckland – the leap that made it possible for Zara shoppers to consume the brand without flying abroad could only be upstaged by the additional possibility of shopping online.
A game changing feat that, according to Zara’s official website, will soon become a reality.
