There’s nothing more classic than cracking into the crispy lid of a pavlova.

Round, oblong, or deconstructed, with yoghurt, cream, fruit, or chocolate — there are many ways one can prepare and serve their rendition of the Kiwi classic. With local chefs working around the clock dedicated to reinventing or reworking the Christmas dinner (or picnic) staple, there’s a pavlova to suit everyone’s palates and preferences.
