There are kicks, and then there are kicks, amirite?!

Well, actually there are sneakers, and then there are Yeezys. And making sure Yeezy’s latest colab gets some serious style cred ahead of their imminent (we hope) release, Kim and Kendall shared a few Snaps to social this week, giving us a first look at the super-cool sneak.

The new Kanye West Calabasas x Adidas called the ‘Powerphase’ is an all-white leather sneaker that works a cool 80s vibe. It features side perforations for Adidas’ signature three side stripes, and the word “Calabasas” is printed in gold font.

While the new sneakers are a bit of a style departure from the chunkier Yeezy Calabasas runner previewed at Yeezy’s Season 5 runway show, the sleeker shape of the Powerphase means they’re probably set to become everyone’s new white shoe staple.

If rumours doing the rounds on social media about the price prove true, these Yeezys might be the most affordable yet. According to the Yeezy Mafia, the sneaks are expected to retail for US$120 (NZ $175).

Obvs, Kim has gotten her hands on a few pairs of the super limited sneaks and shared them with her fam. The Shaps she and Kendall posted this week show these kicks are indeed a shoe we’ll want to be getting our hands on.

No word yet as to a release date, but we’re hoping a drop of our soon to be favourite new shoes can’t be too far away.
