ACAI BERRIES
Twice the antioxidant boost of the blueberry, acai berries have the ability to eliminate toxins from the body and skin. High in omega-3 and 6, they help reduce inflammation, calm unhappy skin and promote an even-looking complexion. Baumann says bottle water fortified with acai will improve clarity to skin, and deliver antioxidants at the same time – as our skin can absorb nutrients from water better than it can from food. “Water enriched with vitamins A, C and E as well as green tea, acai berry, pomegranate and blueberry extract won’t magically erase wrinkles, but will make skin glow,” she says.
