Ingredients
- Half a frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop of plant-based vanilla protein
- 1 heaped tablespoon of The Collective Dairy Free Vanilla Greek Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- Milk of your choice
Method
- Add all ingredients to your Shark Ninja portable blender and blend until smooth. Add milk till desired consistency is achieved.
