The super stylish new bar is the coolest place to meet your matches.

Bumble, the female-led dating app, is taking the online dating phenomenon a step further by launching its first pop-up bar, where you can meet your matches IRL. Dubbed the ‘Hive’, this quirky bar will be a month-long installment where you can hang out and meet up with all of your potential baes.

Obviously, this is a step in the right direction for online dating safety, as two strangers can meet up in a safe and supportive environment. But, the bar isn’t just open to romantic partners: friends can pass by to grab a coffee or an alcoholic drink, and Bumble will also be hosting a series of events in the space, which will focus on topics such as relationships, female entrepeneurship and more. Basically, you can use it to expand your personal and professional network – genius!

Other than an incredibly slick interior – which is based on the very fitting theme of a beehive – the best thing about the Hive is the wall of dick pics. Don’t worry – these aren’t unsolicited dick pics you may receive on the likes of Tinder. They’re in fact pictures of famous people who are called Richard. Random, but we like it.

Now, before you get too excited, we should tell you that this pop-up dating bar is located in New York, but if it’s successful, we can imagine that Bumble will bring this concept a little closer to home. Here’s hoping, anyway.
