The forecast might be grey, but your long weekend doesn’t have to be. From luxurious knits to a dreamy new bookstore, here’s our pick of the best new arrivals to cosy up with.

1. Timeless threads

Knitwear label Francie returns with ‘Anni’, a thoughtful AW25 collection inspired by textile designer Anni Albers. Rendered in nostalgic hues of deep moss, rich chestnut, peridot green and a hint of cherry, the range is crafted in premium Merino, Possum and Alpaca yarns for knits that are as soft as they are enduring. From the intricate Kindred Cable Knit Cardigan to the cult-favourite Campfire Knit, ‘Anni’  celebrates craftsmanship, comfort and understated style. Designed and made locally, this is knitwear to be lived in, loved, and passed down.

2. Forever Bonberry

Once a limited-edition indulgence, Ashley & Co.’s beloved Bonberry scent is back—this time, for good. A lush composition of wild berries, soft florals, and warm woody undertones, Bonberry now joins the brand’s core fragrance family in the cult Waxed Perfume and nourishing Soothe Tube. To mark the occasion, Ashley & Co. has teamed up with artisan preserver Kylee Newton, aka The Modern Preserver,  to create a limited-edition Bonberry Jam—a low-sugar, soft-set preserve inspired by the scent’s juicy notes. What a sweet treat.

Tāmaki Makaurau-based label Oosterom has unveiled SEVEN – a capsule collection of effortless wardrobe essentials. Crafted from luxurious natural fibres, including silk, linen and textured cotton, the curated collection reimagines everyday pieces with quiet sophistication and enduring elegance  in mind. Among FQ ‘s favourites: the romantic Ophelia Wrap in sheer silk organza, the Avery Maxi Dress in black crinkle cotton, and the tailored Painter’s Shirt 2.0 in striped silk. This thoughtfully timed collection also marks designer Nicole Hadfield’s final release for the year as she takes a brief pause to welcome her second child in June.
