Recipe: Cucumber & Mint Mule
…with Schweppes Classic Soda Water
Ingredients
Serves One
Juice of half a lime
Shot of cucumber water
30ml vodka
30ml gin
A handful of mint leaves
Handful of ice
Schweppes Classic Soda Water
Angostura bitters
Method
- To make cucumber water blend cucumber and strain through cheesecloth or sieve
- Shake lime juice, cucumber water, vodka, gin, mint leaves and ice in cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to a glass and pour the mixture over.
- Top with Schweppes Classic Soda Water.
- Finish with a dash of Angostura bitters and garnish with mint leaves

Ingredients

30ml blood orange gin
Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
Blood orange, orange or dehydrated orange wheel
Method
- Add the blood orange gin to a tall glass
- Place the orange wheel in the glass
- Top it with ice
- Finish by filling up the glass with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water

30ml vodka
15ml peach liqueur
Schweppes Classic Dry Lemonade
Lemon peel ribbon to garnish
Method
- Pour the vodka and peach liqueur in into a glass
- Fill with ice and top up with Schweppes Classic Dry Lemonade and give it a stir
- Garnish with a lemon peel ribbon

Ingredients
Serves one
30ml Tequila
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Topped with Schweppes Cucumber Tonic Water.
Garnish: Cucumber
Method
- Add tequila, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake it up then strain into a chilled glass
- Top it off with Schweppes Cucumber Tonic Water
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon
