1. Buoy-oh-buoy
Since it debuted at Afterpay Australian Fashion Week in May, we’ve been waiting with baited breath for Maggie Marilyn’s latest collection ‘The Best of It’ to launch. Designed as a delightful ode to summer nostalgia, the range features some of the brand’s signature tailored essentials alongside a selection of buoyant colours and whimsical silhouettes. This week, the brand welcomed an assortment of suitably-wintery new styles, including the dreamy bubblegum and nautical stripe sweaters as well as a sporty-chic cable knit – all made from a luxurious Nepalese cashmere. Accompanied by the effortlessly baggy ‘Freddie’ Jean and ‘Longing for Home’ windbreaker, this new drop has everything you need to see you through the rest of the winter season.
Shop the new drop at Maggie’s Britomart, Newmarket or Sydney homes, or online now.
2. Alpine libations
We didn’t need another excuse to pay a visit to Queenstown, but now that premium French rosé brand Whispering Angel is hosting a winter pop-up there – we’ve found one. In celebration of the wine’s launch in New Zealand, Queenstown’s renowned ski-field Coronet Peak will feature the wine at its popular eatery Heidi’s Hut for the duration of the winter season. After carving up the slopes, you’ll be able to invite your party for an après ski soirée with Whispering Angel by the glass, bottle or magnum, accompanied by a selection of tasty treats from the eatery’s menu. With the picturesque Remarkables as your view, what better way to ring in ski season?
If you’d like a chance to sample Whispering Angel for yourself at Coronet Peak, head to our Instagram to be in to win four Coronet Peak Day Passes, lunch for four at Heidi’s Hut, and snow merch for four.

Formulated to help with both fine and thinning hair, each product serves a unique purpose including thickening the hair shaft, optimising scalp health, preventing breakage and improving volume. So far it’s early days into our sampling but we love where it’s heading…

5. Hormone harmony
Let’s talk about women’s health. From PMS to fatigue, the female hormonal cycle can bring about a range of unpleasant symptoms, many of which can be hard to manage or treat. Inspired by her own struggles with hormonal imbalance, Kiwi founder Rochelle Marreiros developed Seed Cycle Blend, a natural wholefood supplement that helps regulate hormonal fluctuations and addresses issues such as period pain, PMS, and PCOS. Anchored in the concept of supplying specific nutrients at different stages of the cycle, there’s the FOL Blend for the follicular phase and the LUT Blend for the luteal phase. Helping to nourish your hormones, and lessen the effect of cramps, mood swings, and more, this science-backed subscription-based product is a game-changer for maintaining a healthy and harmonious cycle.
Head to Seed Cycle Blend’s website here to find out more about it or purchase a monthly subscription of your own.
