“I wanted to create a more blooming, petally version of Musc Noir,” explains Sonia Constant, the perfumer behind Musc Noir and Musc Noir Rose. “And to do so, I chose to increase the delicate rose and jasmine petally facet with the heady note of tuberose while increasing the sensuality of the base notes with a modern chypre oriental accord,” she adds.
While heady, intoxicating notes of leather, plum, and cedarwood still feature in Musc Noir Rose, there’s a hint more vanilla, a little less leather and whole lot more blooming florals. “It’s an altogether more intimate and addictive scent with more luminosity,” explains Constant.
Of course, within Musc Noir Rose, you’ll rediscover For Her’s signature heart of musc. This time it’s brought to life by a sparkling, multifaceted bouquet of vibrant tuberose, which reveals the ever-enchanting note of musc in a new and inviting light.
Surprising pops of pink peppercorn and a zesty touch of Italian bergamot oil inject radiance into the scent while contrasting with Musc Noir Rose’s addictive oriental base of vanilla, rich leather suede accords, and the unique earthiness of Indonesian patchouli.
