1. Added to cart
Harris Tapper drops are always the ones we circle in the FQ office calendar, and Spring/Summer 2026 is no exception. This season mixes soft, girlish details with grown-up tailoring – think picot trims and scalloped hems alongside velvet suiting and organza. Sheer layers, relaxed cotton separates, and subtle beading keep it wearable, while 1920s-inspired silhouettes pop in dropped waists, satin finishes, and fluid tailoring. Basically, it’s all going straight onto our wishlists.
2. Behind Every Original
Levi’s is kicking off 2026 with its global campaign Behind Every Original, celebrating the creative spirit that defines the brand. For over 150 years, Levi’s has been the uniform of rebels, risk-takers, and culture-shapers, from garage rehearsals to stadium tours. The campaign taps global superstar ROSÉ and hip-hop visionary Doechii to explore the idea that influence isn’t just the final performance – it’s the backstory. With the 501 at its core, Levi’s continues to support grit, authenticity, and originality.
3. A sweet Lunar New Year special
Just in time for Lunar New Year, Remuera bakery Knead on Benson has added a festive special to its display cabinet. The Matcha Moon is a crescent-shaped croissant filled with rich matcha cream, putting a playful spin on a classic pastry. Created to mark the Year of the Horse, it’s a limited-time offering, available from 9-22 February, 76 Benson Road, Remuera.
4. Where Doom meets Bloom
As we prepare to wave goodbye to Summer, Twenty-seven names are tempting us with their first drop for Autumn/Winter: Doom and Bloom. The season marks a moment of transition for the brand, balancing sharp tailoring with more expressive elements. Slogan T-shirts, flashes of red, and statement coats sit alongside considered silhouettes, reflecting the push and pull between control and emotion. Designed for women navigating uncertainty with confidence, the collection delivers wardrobe pieces that feel intentional, bold, and ready for the season ahead.
5. Oh, so speedy!
Feel like you never have the time (or patience) to give your hair the salon-worthy blow dry it deserves? Allow us to introduce you to the Ghd Speed. Equipped with innovative dual-airflow and cool touch technology, the dryer uses a precise blend of hot and cool air to ensure ultra-fast drying time while also protecting hair from heat damage. Yes, that means no more burning your scalp (or hand) when you’re trying to style your hair in a rush. FQ’s digital producer Natalia Didovich put the Ghd Speed to the test this week and was pleasantly surprised to whittle down her usual 40 minute blow dry routine down to just under 20 minutes (with noticeably less frizz than usual). Now that’s what we call living in the fast lane.
