Deadly Ponies Recycle Collection

1. Cute for a cause

Deadly Ponies’ beloved Mr Siamese and Mr Maximese bags emerge in mini size for the brand’s annual Recycle Collection. Thoughtfully designed to accommodate your bare essentials, these renditions feature a fixed-length detachable leather strap, a zipper closure, and signature brass chain detailing. Crafted using repurposed leather off-cuts from previous seasons, this collection demonstrates the brand’s continued efforts towards circularity and sustainability. Plus, 10% of every purchase from Deadly Ponies Recycle collection is donated to Sustainable Coastlines. Available in five vibrant hues including marigold, azure, basil, bordeaux, and dragonfruit, these pint-sized minis make the perfect gift – or treat for yourself.

R.M. Williams

2. Double denim

A good pair of jeans are a timeless staple in any wardrobe, and if there’s one brand we trust to find our perfect fit, it’s R.M. Williams. In the latest release from the iconic brand comes ‘Crafted to be Worn’, a collection of Australian-made styles that celebrate the enduring versatility and practicality of denim. With modern takes on classic cuts, like the bootcut and straight leg jean, each pair is designed to be worn over and over again, gaining character with each wear. If double denim is your thing (and yes, we fully advocate for the Canadian Tuxedo) then the new denim shirting will make for a suitable sartorial companion.

Rick Owens at The Shelter

3. Paint it black

Discover the true meaning of what’s yours is mine with the latest drop from Rick Owens. Inspired by the Temple of Edfu in the Egyptian Ptolemaic Kingdom, the edit arrived at The Shelter from Italy this week with daring pieces designed to blur the lines of traditional gender boundaries. The collection lifts inspiration from the country’s cultural aesthetic that remained for millennia (despite the long passing of its creators) whilst maintaining Rick Owens’ visual language combining dark, minimalist, and futuristic elements. We have our eye on the EDFY Dress styled with the high split on its own for an event, or layered over a pair of DRKSDHW pants for a slightly more casual look. But in terms of a timeless staple that’ll have you and your partner contending for wears? You can’t go past the distressed Denim Jacket.
