Avocaderia, the world’s first quick-serve avocado bar, is set to open today in Brooklyn, New York, with a menu jampacked with tasty recipes all containing the much-loved green fruit.
Whether your avocado dish of choice involves it being in a salad, smashed on toast or as a guacamole, there is definitely something here for every avocado aficionado.
Created by three friends from Italy, Avocaderia predicts they’ll get through around 50-100 avocados each day. And with over 15,000 followers on their Instagram before they’ve even opened the doors, we are betting this number will only continue to keep growing.
Pop in next time you’re in New York for avocado and rose-topped toast, an avocado smoothie or the Let it Beet – avocado, beetroot hummus and watermelon radish on toasted sourdough.
