Things are definitely gearing up for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Along with confirmation Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and New Zealander Stella Maxwell be walking this year, this week we’ve also discovered veteran Angel Lily Aldridge has been given the honour of wearing the $2.9 million diamond-encrusted fantasy bra designed by Mouawad Jewelry.

Aldridge, who first walked in the VS Fashion Show in 2009, told Cosmopolitan magazine she has been working out twice a day in the lead-up to the show, which will be filmed in New York on November 10 but will air in December.

According to Vogue.com, the Mouawad bra has over 375 carats of diamonds and is made of over 14 different precious gems, including blue topaz, garnet and yellow sapphire, set in 18-karat gold. The matching briefs have another 126 diamonds and 400 precious stones.

Aldridge joins a prestigious list of previous fantasy bra wearers including Gisele Bundchen, Candice Swanepoel, Miranda Kerr and Heidi Klum.
