Here’s a peek at what this year’s Academy Award nominees can expect in their Oscar goodie bags.

This year’s Oscar nominees in the top categories may all be vying for that much coveted golden statuette, but in the event of going home empty-handed, comfort can be found in the form of a six-figure swag bag.

Stars in the running for this year’s big awards include Meryl Streep, Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling which means a very special bag filled with a coveted collection should be turning up on the doorsteps of these lucky A-listers anytime soon.

Keeping the stars very much in the lap of luxury are uber marketing professionals Distinctive Assets. The Los Angeles-based company have been giving glamorous gifts to those in the running for the top Oscars for the past 15 years, and say nothing is too outrageous – or too expensive –  when it comes to creating swag for style-conscious stars.

According to Lash Fary, a representative who works for the company, the bag is given as a special thank you, and isn’t affiliated with the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science.

“We give the bag out to acknowledge a job well done. Celebs are just people and they love getting a gift,” Fary told Fox News.

Who wouldn’t want a three-night stay in this fully-private 18 room mansion located in Northern California valued at $30,599? It is the headlining gift in this year’s bag.

The stars will also receive the five-star treatment at this most glamorous location: the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria, Italy. The hotel sits on top of a cliff in Sorrento, and is surrounded by views of the pristine Naples harbour. A single night in a suite at the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria costs around US$1,800.

If A-list level pampering is needed, then nominees can take some time out with this total mind, body, spirit spa package, courtesy of the Golden Door. The cost for the “Classic Women’s Week” at the super exclusive spa is US$8,800.

While holidays and luxury pampering packs make for extremely fabulous swag bags, the stars will also receive a barrage of more ‘obscure’ gifts, including a ten-year supply of Oxygenetix make-up products, Hydroxycut Platinum weight loss supplement pills, “Dandi Patch” sweat prevention patches, and ten sessions with a celebrity personal trainer.

For the tech-savvy celebrity, the goodie bag will include an $830 Oomi home security system valued at $830 and a state-of-the-art Haze Dual Vaporizer electronic cigarette worth $435.
