If you’ve got some mad skills, then Parris Goebel wants you.
Dancer, choreographer and director Parris Goebel has teamed up with Sir Elton John to help him create videos for some of his biggest hits, and they’re on the hunt for some fresh talent to give them a hand.
Parris was hired to help out the hit-maker last December as part of a video judging panel, but now the team are looking for director who can pull together a cool clip for Elton’s classic 70s Bennie and the Jets.
So what’s the brief you ask?
The star choreographer who has worked with all the big names, from Justin Bieber to Rihanna as well as Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande, wants to create the “freshest and most unique dance video” and her message to dancers is “to get to work”.
She’s also dished out some advice for those keen to have a go.
“For me, I listen to eh music and I let it speak to my imagination – what colours do I see, what clothes do I see, what moves do I see? What’s the energy, what’s the vibe? Once I have an idea I just go for it,” Parris says.
“Most importantly: make it timeless.”
Applications are open to everyone – from anywhere. If your keen to apply then head here before January 23rd.
