The best thing? The options are endless. Whatever you choose to mix in — dark chocolate shards, seasonal fruits, toasted pistachios — you and your guests can watch as each indulgent creation transforms into a sophisticated, one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Recipe: Vanilla Ice Creami Cake

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cream cheese
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk

Method:

  1. Microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds.
  2. Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and whisk for about a minute
  3. Slowly mix in the heavy cream and until fully combined and sugar is dissolved
  4. Pour mixture into a cake tin shape of your choice and freeze for 24 hours with lid off
  5. To create a multi-layer cake with multiple flavour layers, freeze each layer for a full 24 hours before pouring on the next layer

The above creates one layer of ice cream cake, double or triple the recipe for a thick cake. Or make two additional separate batches and mix up the flavours – you could easily sub 2 Tbsp of chocolate chips/nuts or berries in place of vanilla bean paste.
