Krystal is an incredibly talented makeup artist whose talents have really fit with the Maybelline New York brand. With so much experience and mentoring under her belt, we have no doubt this babein’ beauty is going places! Check out what she’s been up to since we met her two months ago.

To recap:

• Krystal spent some time behind the scenes with Maybelline at a recent magazine shoot and she documented the beauty looks on the Maybelline Snapchat channel.
• Krystal spent some time at Miss Auckland with the lovely Hannah Carson, one of her mentors. She got the see how the backstage area operated at one of the biggest nights in beauty.
• She has spent time with one of her mentors, the fabulous makeup artist Rani Shortland at some of Rani’s shoots.
• Krystal created Skye’s glowing beauty look for the Miss FQ fashion show at NZFW.
• She also created a fabulous tutorial on Miss FQ, which you can watch here.
• Krystal will be heavily involved in doing the makeup for some key VIPs attending the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards on November 17th! Nigel Stanislaus, Maybelline New York’s Creative Director for Australia will be helping/assisting Krystal – talk about a once in a lifetime opportunity!
