Everything Alexa Chung touches seems turns to gold: look no further than the TV host’s in-demand collaborations with Nails Inc, Eyeko and clothing brand Madewell for evidence of this.

The latest brand to cash in on the model’s Midas touch is Tommy Hilfiger, who has appointed her as guest editor for fall 14, a role in which Chung will reveal her favourite looks from the brand’s latest collection in a series of images released on social media.

Tommy Hilfiger told WWD Chung was selected because of her ability to mix of-the-moment styling with classic design.

“Alexa is the true definition of an ‘It’ girl — she’s cool, witty, smart and has a great sense of style,” Hilfiger said.

So far, Chung’s picks include an over-sized wool-blend cocoon coat and black leather leggings, among other pieces.
