Read on for the five things you'll want to wear, admire, covet, and support this week.

1. Shop: Harris Tapper's autumn-winter collection, 'Composition'

A label known for its effortless elegance and sculptural minimalism, this week Harris Tapper debuted its autumn-winter ‘Composition’ collection.

Made up of reliable foundation and statement pieces in pale hues, classic neutrals, and a bright ‘Klein Blue’, Composition juxtaposes both avant-garde and softer feminine styles. We have our eye on the heavy wool coating, tuxedo suiting, exaggerated ball gowns, and fluid satins.

2. Try: Boost Lab's AI-powered Skin Advisor

If you find yourself perpetually overwhelmed by the sheer plethora of skincare on offer, you’ll be pleased to know that Boost Lab’s very clever online Skin Advisor has just launched in Aotearoa, and you can try it from the comfort of your home.

The Skin Advisor’s AI-powered facial recognition technology takes the guesswork out of creating a bespoke routine for your complexion in a matter of minutes. First, you’ll be asked a few questions about your skin type and complexion concerns before you’re invited to take a selfie that uses expert algorithms and metrics to analyse your skin. You’ll then be given an overall skin health score, personalised skin care tips and tricks, and Boost Lab serum recommendations that cater to your skin’s unique needs.

Try the Boost Lab Skin Advisor out for yourself right here.

3. Admire: David Yurman at Partridge Jewellers Newmarket

It’s now possible to get your hands on the luxurious and mesmerising pieces created by acclaimed New York-based jewellery house David Yurman. Founded by the artistic husband and wife duo sculptor David and painter Sybil Yurman and now helmed by their son Evan, the jewellery house fuses art and design to bring timeless-yet-contemporary pieces to life.

A selection of David Yurman pieces is available exclusively in-store at Partridge Jewellers Newmarket.

4. Visit: Auckland's newest rooftop bar, Sunset

Auckland has yet another rooftop bar — the newest being a haven for enjoying a carefully concocted tipple while taking in the views of the setting sun.

Aptly named Sunset, it’s hidden atop Auckland’s Sudima Hotel and takes cues from a cosmopolitan melting pot of culture-shaping bars worldwide. The menu offers moreish Mumbai-inspired street eats, designed by executive chef Harmeet Singh Nanda.

With many delectable food and drink pairings, we’re longing for the Sunset Spritz’ (aperitivo blend, apricot, and sparkling rosé) and the vanilla and cardamom parfait with mango curd.

5. Support: Period equity with Eve x The Period Place

Period Pal is Eve’s best-selling supplement for a reason — it was created to help those who experience premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms, including irregular periods, cramps, acne, sleep issues, and so much more.

As a way to give back, with every purchase of Period Pal in-store or online throughout July and August, Eve will donate a one-month supply of period products to individuals in need, facilitated by menstrual justice charity The Period Place

Purchase Period Pal at evewellness.com, Life Pharmacy, Unichem Pharmacy, Health 2000, and other participating health stores nationwide.
