It takes guts to rock a totally natural brow.
Right now we’re #blessed that we’re living in a time when big brows are on point. And while we’re all about a fuller fluffy look (who hasn’t waxed, tweezed, tattooed themselves into eyebrow oblivion at some point though?) we can still be a little shy when it comes to embracing a completely natural look.
But that’s not the case 19-year-old Sarah Costello who rocks the boldest brow of all time. TBH, we’re obsessed!
The model, who is signed to Ford Paris, took inspo for a bolder brow as a child, from 20th century Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. But, Sarah, also an aspiring artist, says even though she had her brow icons, she’s fallen prey to trends over the years.
She told Teen Vogue she played around with a few looks before getting really comfortable with her natural features.

“My mom always told me it’s good to have thick brows because she plucked her thin ones off in the ’90s when pencil brows were in. I definitely wanted shaped pointy brows when I was 15 or so, but thick bushy brows got trendy around then and I figured it was more ‘me’ to grow them out.”
Scarlett admitted there were times when she waxed her brows for modelling jobs in the past, but says since Ford encouraged her to grow them out about three years ago she hasn’t looked back.
“I started to think that I looked better with it. I’m a big believer in the idea that everyone looks the best the way their genes intended them to.”
Scarlett, we totes agree. You do you, girl, you rock that unibrow!
