As a contrast to dressing casually for the health and fitness industry, do you enjoy dressing up?

Libby (left): We are lucky to be ambassadors for Stirling Sports so Monday to Friday you will see us in active wear, hair up in a ponytail and no makeup.

We work from home so most of our time is spent in our home office or running errands and we would prefer to spend the extra time each morning working out than putting make up on or doing our hair.

Of course we love dressing up, having our makeup, nails and hair done, as I think most women do. Having our photo taken and being styled by professionals is a treat and makes us feel confident and beautiful.

How similar or different is your sense of style?

We share a love of shoes, bags and accessories but we have very different styles when it comes to clothing. My style is more casual – jeans, sneakers and a singlet – while Julia loves dresses, bright colours and delicate fabrics.
