Six must-have products for your seasonal makeup bag

When you have several events to attend, your best bet is to find some hard working multi-tasking products to see you through the busy season.
As our social calendars fill up towards the end of the year and life tends to get more hectic, you can have limited time to spend on yourself and your makeup. That’s why at the moment we’re particularly loving Aleph Beauty’s latest offerings. Not only do they come in some stunning glass pottles but they are seriously multi-tasking which means you won’t need to fill up your makeup bag with unnecessary products, and you can mix and match them to your liking.
Aleph Serum/Primer
This is one step in your makeup application range that you don’t want to miss. Designed to hydrate and boost the skin’s metabolism in a bid to decrease the appearance of fine lines it will protect and prime your skin all in one go. And for those of you who are thinking of skipping a primer – think again. Although it may seem like an extra step you don’t need, trust us, you do. Priming before you apply your makeup will set the perfect canvas for makeup application and also help your foundation stay on longer – especially in the warmer weather.
Aleph Concealer/Foundation
Once you’ve found your perfect base you can’t go wrong. What we love most about this foundation is that it’s buildable -so on days you want more coverage you can simply apply more. Likewise, for a lighter coverage that gives more of a tinted moisturiser look you can mix 1-3 drops of the aforementioned Serum/Primer with Aleph’s Concealer/Foundation to create a light veil of coverage.
Radiance Balm in Sun
A wash of colour over the eyelid will bring instant luminosity to the skin. At the moment we’re loving ‘Sun’ which offers that perfect bronzed glow to the eye area.
Cheek/Lip tint Crush
If you’re looking for the just-flushed look this cheek and lip tint is just the thing. Use your fingertips to apply the product to the apples of your cheek and you’ll see how it instantly melts into the skin to give off a vibrant blush. And of course, you can also apply it to your lips too.
Lift/Lengthen Mascara
A lick of mascara is always an essential in any makeup bag. What’s great to know about this consciously crafted formula is that it will lift and add volume to your lashes, but also, over time this bespoke blend will work to nourish, strengthen and lengthen your lashes.
Lucid Lip Gloss/Balm
This clear gloss is exactly what you need on a day to day basis. However, if you want a bit more of a colour payoff then you can wear it with your favourite cheek/lip tint shade and you’ll be set no matter what the event. Best thing? Its formula has been designed to promote fuller lips over time.
