No one knows how to pull off an otherworldly runway show quite like Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele does. And the unveiling of his latest resort collection was no exception. Set against the breathtaking Castel Del Monte in Puglia, Gucci ‘Cosmogonie’ — an ode to German philosopher Walter Benjamin — came to life.

Naturally the front row was star studded with the likes of Elle Fanning, Dakota Johnson, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Lana Del Ray, all dressed head-to-toe in the Italian fashion house. As for the collection, a picture is worth a thousand words, but in true Gucci style, there were lashings of sequins, bountiful texture, and embellishments galore.
