Managing editor Sarah Murray discovers how Pandora's new Signature collection effortlessly elevates her signature style, taking looks from day to night, and complements everything in her wardrobe.
My signature style is a juxtaposition of sorts.
Sometimes I love nothing more than bright colours – and then other days you’ll find me in a head to toe colour-blocking in light whites or bold blacks.
I always plan my outfit the night before.
With three kids to get ready in the morning, it’s often a rush to get us all dressed and out the door. I find if I’ve taken the time to curate my outfit in my head each night, and tailor it to what I have on the next day, it takes the stress out. So far, I’ve never got to the point where I lay the outfit out the night before – but maybe one day!
An outfit to me is never complete without accessories.
It’s those added extras which I always believe elevates an outfit from good to great, and showcases your personal style. Most days I prefer to wear jewellery that can go with anything I wear, and be suitable for all occasions.
The new Signature Collection from Pandora is the perfect pairing for anything I wear.
The pieces are contemporary yet timeless and already I’ve found they work with almost anything in my wardrobe. What I also appreciate is how each piece can effortlessly transition from day to night. I find if I put a few pieces from the collection on in the morning, I can keep them on to attend an evening work or social event.
Of course, the beauty of the Signature collection is that it’s so versatile.
While I love the silver, and rose gold plated offerings, it’s the classic gold that appeals to me most. However, I’ve found that the collection has been created to meld so seamlessly together that I’ve found myself more and more opting to mix and match the collection. The result? A truly bespoke look that transcends the day, season, or outing.
This Spring I’m going to be wearing…
The Pandora Signature I-D bangle and ring are going to be high on rotation. In fact, I think I will be stacking the rings for a ‘more is more’ approach. I just love how you can layer this collection. Right now I am getting my spring and summer wardrobe together so I am looking for colour with embellishment – anything with a frill or flounce. The new collection by Aje has so many pieces like this it is hard to choose.
Whatever the season I just can’t go past a bold red lip. Like Pandora’s signature collection it’s a timeless addition that goes with just about any outfit. Right now I can’t get enough of La Bouche Rouge’s Regal Red, from Faradays. Any good outfit needs a pair of sunglasses to complete the look – especially as the warmer weather beckons. This Spring I am going all colour and a touch of silver and sparkle is going to be the perfect compliment to this.
