When makeup artists and fashion designers collaborate there is often an explosion of colour, which sets a new beauty trend. And what a team: François Nars, creative director of NARS makeup and fashion designer Thakoon Panichgul, who dresses the likes of Michelle Obama, Nicole Richie, Jessica Alba, and Sienna Miller. Their first creation is a range of six super bright accessories – for nails. A first for NARS, this polish collection is a range of eye-catching colours inspired by the spice markets in India. Like all NARS colour, the saturated pigments are true to shade (after two coats) long-wearing and chip-resistant, perfect when you shy away from colour but want to look bang on trend.
