Missoni and Wella at Milan Fashion Week

Backstage at spring summer collections at Milan Fashion Week Wella’s Global Creative Director Eugene Souleiman created a raw, native hair look for Missoni. “The low sharp side parting contrasts with the raw texture at the front of the head. And the acrylic ponytail hair accessory contrasts against the natural ponytail underneath,” said Souleiman.

The hair accessories were acrylic loops crafted by the Missoni fashion “added to the urban feeling” according to Souleiman.

Get the Look:

Blow dry the hair to create a ‘natural finish’, then create a low side parting, and spray hair with Wella Professionals Ocean Spritz and rake fingers through the hair to create a raw, textured finish in the hair.
Pull hair back into a low ponytail and secure with elastic. Then fold the ponytail into a loop, attaching the ‘hair accessory’ through the loop, and then tie it into the ponytail.
Finish by spraying Wella Professionals Stay Styled Hairspray onto a soft bristle brush and brush through the ponytail to keep it smooth and sleek.
