Beauty editors were today treated to the most gorgeous botanical-inspired lunch in Auckland. We were there to learn more about a first of its kind – a hair serum! You heard me right. Kérastase Initialiste is a serum designed to feed the roots of the hair to give you a sleek, shiny, bouncy style, and all within a month. While the effects are felt instantly (it feels cool and tingles a little once applied) the mix of apple stem cells, botanicals and ceramides helps the new hair that is growing look and feel stronger and fuller. But, like your precious skin serums, it’s an investment. You will need to get your head around applying it to the scalp (the dropper helps), and massaging it into freshly washed, wet hair. Oh, then there’s the price, Kérastase Initialiste, costs $70 but, for the month of June, salons will be offering a free little take home dropper for your try! Stay tuned for our review coming up mid-June.
