As the inaugural Christchurch Spring Fashion Festival drew Aotearoa’s most stylish to Ōtautahi, FQ gathered a chic group of women for an intimate spring lunch in the heart of the Garden City.
The weekend began with a moment of self-care at Caci Clinics around Christchurch, where glowing skin takes centre stage. Guests were treated to a range of different rejuvenating facials offering a blend of gentle exfoliation, deep hydration, and a soothing face massage — the perfect spring reset before a weekend of fashion and festivity.
We then made our way to Gatherings Restaurant where we were treated to a lunch full of conversation and plates made for sharing. From savoured radishes, bone marrow toast, Swiss mushroom tart, and a refreshing rhubarb sorbet, all perfectly paired with bespoke wines chosen to complement the fresh, grounded flavours of spring.
The finishing touch to our outfits? A sparkling pair of Michael Hill’s classic diamond studs and a silk scarf from Artifact, the perfect completing details for a day of style.
We were transported in style with Mercedes-Benz Christchurch in the sleek GLE 450 Coupe and GLS 450d as the celebrations continued at the Caitlin Crisp x BONNIE show, where guests — dressed in pieces from Caitlin Crisp’s latest Resort collection — took their front-row seats for one of the weekend’s most anticipated events. The designer unveiled her newest pieces in collaboration with skincare brand BONNIE, creating a night that celebrated the artistry and craftsmanship at the heart of her work.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our partners — Gatherings, Caci, Caitlin Crisp, Bonnie, Michael Hill Jewellery, Mercedes-Benz Christchurch and Artifact — for making the FQ Spring lunch an unforgettable highlight of the season.
