Guerlain Make-up Creative Director Violette walks us through her application hacks to give each product an effortless effect with a focus on radiance.

TO PREP
Products: Guerlain Abeille Royale Double R Renew & Repair Advanced Serum
Why we love it: Incredible skin goes a long way when it comes to your makeup application. How to apply: Warm up the texture between your fingertips to mix the two formulas. Make smoothing movements over the cheeks and cheekbones working outwards with the fingertips for a new skin effect. Continue the smoothing movements over the forehead, nose and neck. Then, using both hands, uplift the skin of your jaw, cheeks and forehead to resculpt your face.

STEP ONE - THE FACE

How to apply: Using gentle touches on the skin, Violette likes to apply Parure Gold skin with her fingertips before applying Terracotta Starlight using sweeping strokes across her cheeks and her nose to delicately warm up the complexion and create a golden glow. Holding an angled kabuki brush, “what I like to do is apply it like the sun gave me a little kiss.”
STEP TWO - THE EYES
