Less than five months since the release of their last designer collaboration with Mugler, Swedish powerhouse H&M has just revealed that their next partnership will be with none other than luxury Spanish fashion house, Rabanne (formerly Paco Rabanne).

Having revolutionised the French fashion scene with his scintillating space-age designs, Rabanne’s legacy lives on under the creative direction of Julien Dossena, who has worked closely with H&M on the collection.

“As a designer, I’ve always been interested in exploring hedonism and empowerment,” says Dossena. “I was very enthusiastic to work with H&M on a collection that will introduce Rabanne’s avant-garde energy to a wide audience in a democratic way.”

The Rabanne H&M collection will include womenswear, menswear, shoes and accessories, as well as an H&M home decor capsule that aligns aesthetically with the clothing. Though we’re not sure just yet what the collaboration will look like, we’re anticipating a medley of metallics and party-ready pieces in the mix.

The collaboration will be launching in selected H&M stores (including Commercial Bay in Tāmaki Makaurau) on November 9th, 2023, and online at hm.com.
