Summer is fast approaching but we’ve still got two more months up our sleeves to get beach ready. And if the purse strings are pulling tight, we’ve got some great news – October 12 marks the opening of New Zealand’s new Nike Women’s Studio in Auckland, and classes are free!

The studio, located in Auckland City’s University Recreation Centre will be home to the training sessions led by Global Nike Master Trainer (and our constant source of fitspo), Kirsty Godso. The studio will offer three to six Nike+ Training Club classes a week where you’ll be encouraged to take on new challenges and set new goals, and they’re open to all fitness and skill levels.

“I couldn’t be more excited for us to finally have an official home for NTC Auckland,” says Kirsty. “We’ve been building up this community for about three years and now we have a space where we can offer more sessions for a wider variety of training. It’s a really empowering time for women’s training and the studio will amplify this.”

The studio launches on October 12 with a week of special workouts led by Kirsty. An exclusive session will take place on Saturday October 17 with top New Zealand athlete Portia Bing joining Kirsty in her elite ‘Zoom in 10’ class.

To attend classes at the Nike Women’s Studio, you’ll need to register online first at Nike.com to secure your space.
