Garnier Olia has hit stores today

17 April 2013
By Fashion Quarterly

Until now, the innovative ‘oil delivery system’ for permanent hair colour has been exclusive to salons. However, today Garnier Olia, $17, will become the first home colour to offer this technology. Ammonia-free – meaning no nasty smell – its formulation is 60% oil (sunflower, camellia and passionflower) and polymers – to give amazing shine. The result is the most brilliant, even coverage, and the 18 shades will deal with any grey issues – or just liven up your hair-look for autumn, you have got to try it.
