Move over matcha, mushrooms have muscled their way onto the coffee scene. The Chaga mushrooms – which claim to harness the power of antioxidants, as well as being mineral rich – are added to your regular brew. Apparently the flavour is fairly palatable, and not dissimilar to a regular coffee.
