As huge admirers of Helmut Newton, we are ecstatic to hear the latest MAC collaboration is a celebration of Newton’s most provocative photographic work.
Known for his erotically-charged black-and-white portraits of femme fetales that were Vanity Fair and Vogue mainstays for decades, Newton has inspired a makeup collection consisting of nail varnishes, eye palettes, eye liner, lipsticks and mascaras – think sultry, wine-stained lips, vampy blood-red talons and glamorous, smokey eyes.
The Limited Edition colour collection will be available in New Zealand at select MAC locations from November 17.
