The modelling superstar bought the LA pad in May 2014 for a cool $1.3 million (NZ $1.8 million) and while we don’t know why she’s selling, it’s possible her new purchase – a luxe $6.5 million (NZ $8.5 million) mansion formerly belonging to Emily Blunt and John Krasinski – may have something to do with it.
Her current designer digs in swanky Wiltshire boasts a heated pool, a fitness centre, a social room, conference rooms and wine storage. Naturally, there’s a 24 hour concierge service, round the clock security and doorman all on-hand.
The open-plan home is the perfect minimalist haven; high ceilings and natural lighting make this apartment spacious and bright. And did we mention the views of the city skyline? They’re to die for.
Its obvious that Kendall has cast her stylish eye over the interiors, with modern furnishings blending perfectly with bespoke finds.
