The Goopster’s incredible New York condo is on the market for a cool $14 million.
Measuring over 360-square-metres, this Roman & Williams designed warehouse conversion in lower Manhattan features an unusual wispy white interior.
Paltrow and Martin bought the property in 2007 and undertook an ‘artisanal’ renovation that saw centuries-old techniques and antiques balanced with confident, breezy modernism.
The private family home is now on the market with a price tag of $14 million ($10 million USD).
In 2014 the couple amicably split and the family relocated to Los Angeles. The divorce was only finalised in early 2016, and was likely the reason for selling the New York base.
Originally listed in March 2016 for $18.5 million, the price dropped to $16.8 million a month later. After failing to generate any interest it was eventually pulled from the market altogether.
Now it’s back and with a significantly reduced price tag. Selling points for the property include a grand entry gallery, elegant great room with soaring pressed tin ceilings, 150-square-metre decked terrace, a spectacular white-on-white kitchen with professional-grade appliances, plus a master suite with four custom closets and a palatial ensuite.
The condo is in a serviced building that comes with its own set of amenities including a 24-hour doorman, a newly renovated fitness centre and direct elevator access to the indoor garage for discreet arrivals and departures.
The listing is held by Jay Glazer of Compass. Surely a sale will come swiftly after prospective buyers take one look at that kitchen.
