Last night a glamorous group converged on an Auckland helicopter hangar to celebrate a select bunch of young New Zealanders who have had an incredible 2015.
The Moët & Chandon Celebrate Success event championed the achievements of All Black Beauden Barrett, who scored the final try in the World Cup-winning match against Australia; Silver Ferns Maria Tutaia and Kayla Cullen; surfer Paige Hareb; and fashion designers Georgia Currie (who recently won Elle Australia’s Emerging Designer of the Year award for her label Georgia Alice) and the ladies behind the successful Harman Grubisa label, Madeleine Harman and Jessica Grubisa.
The guests of honour signed a gold leaf Moët & Chandon bottle, worth $30,000. If you fancy adding this six-litre treasure to your wine cellar, the bottle is being auctioned off to raise money for CanTeen, a charity supporting young people living with cancer.
