Hold up. Could Oslo Fashion Week have the best street style ever?!

23 August 2018

First Copenhagen, now Oslo. What is it about the street style of the great Danes and Norwegian It girls that has us painstakingly pinning every post?

In an interview last week with Elle Ferguson, the brains and beauty behind the OG fashion inspo blog They All Hate Us and the tanning range Elle Effect, we got talking about fashion and before we knew it we were swooning in unison over the street style that was blowing up our feeds from Copenhagen Fashion Week.

Elle made a point, perhaps more memorable than the street style itself, suggesting how incredible social media is these days; being able to follow people – strangers – that aren’t “celebrities”, and yet, are pulling outfits together that speak to us in ways in which a celebrity simply couldn’t. These women are cool, they’re under the radar and yet they can have all of this influence.

In what we thought could only be described as a tough act to follow, Norway’s capital has risen to the occasion and raised the bar even higher. Now, less name dropping and more pretty pictures. Let’s proceed to why you’re really here…
