March 11, 2019: Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess Of Sussex attend a Commonwealth Day Youth Event at Canada House in London. Meghan opts for an emerald dress and coat designed by Canadian designer Erdem, a Givenchy clutch, Aquazzura Deneuve pumps and Birks Opal earrings.

March 8, 2019: Meghan, Duchess of Sussex masters monochrome for a panel discussion in London for International Women’s Day. The Duchess chose a black and white printed mini dress by Reiss for the occasion, worn underneath a black McQueen blazer with black Manolo Blahnik pumps. Spotted on the Duchess’ finger, a mini heart ring designed by New Zealand designer Karen Walker.

March 5, 2019: Spotted: One winning coat and brocade dress combination worn by the Duchess as she attends the fiftieth anniversary of the investiture of the Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace. Prince Harry doesn’t look so bad either – might we just add!

Recycling her Amanda Wakely coat, Paul Andrews heels and Maison Birks gold bar earrings, the Duchess looks positively regal in her cream/rose combination. Bad news if you’re looking to purchase the brocade dress, however, no one has been able to discern where this maternity number came from…

February 25, 2019: En route to meet the King of Morocco, the Duchess of Sussex drops jaws in a blue Carolina Herrera gown. Way to leave a lasting impression on the last day of their three-day visit!

February 25, 2019: Another vote is cast in favour of the LBD by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex for a walk through the walled public Andalusian Gardens in Rabat, Morocco. The strapless number features an asymmetrical hem and fine knife pleating. The Duchess accessorised with a white Babaton blazer, gold earrings, a high ponytail and black slingback pumps.

February 23, 2019: In Casablanca, we wear Valentino. Well, according to the Duchess, anyhow, who looked sublime in a red caped number by the designer. Accompanied with nude pumps and a neutral toned clutch – with just a hint of red – this soon-to-be mother set the bar high kicking off her three-day visit to Morocco with husband and Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry.

February 12, 2019: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attend a gala performance of ‘The Wider Earth’ at London’s Natural History museum. Meghan looks radiant in an all-white outfit, marrying a Calvin Klein dress with an Amanda Wakeley coat. The Duchess swept her strands into a sleek chignon and opted for an olive clutch with matching suede pumps for the occasion.

February 7, 2019: Another Givenchy choice for the win… quite literally! The Duchess attends the Endeavour Fund Awards in London – an evening dedicated to the achievements of wounded servicemen and women – wearing a crisp white button down shirt (sleeves worn rolled to the elbows) tucked into a long black Givenchy skirt featuring a leg slit. Meghan accessorised with a black and gold clutch purse and pointed-toe black mules with metallic straps.

January 31, 2019: Meghan, Duchess of Sussex steps out in an LBD to meet with the Association of Commonwealth Universities – one of her four patronages. Wearing the same Givenchy coat she previously wore on Remembrance Day in November 2018, Meghan hits refresh by wearing her hair slicked back in a high (and very full) bun and gold stud earrings. Her black dress appears to have knife-pleats through the skirt with a handkerchief hem. And on her feet? A nude suede pump. Overall, a polished look for the expectant royal.

January 30, 2019: Meghan, Duchess of Sussex heads to the National Theatre, one of her four patronages, wearing head-to-toe pale pink. The Duchess complimented her Brandon Maxwell dress with a CH Carolina Herrera clutch bag and Aquazzura pumps – the same pair she wore to the announcement of her engagement with Prince Harry. Are those bare legs we see too, Duchess Meghan?

January 16, 2019: The Duke and Duchess look dashing in navy blue while attending the Cirque du Soleil’s ‘Totem’ 10th-anniversary premiere in London. Meghan channels another iconic Diana ensemble (Diamond Ball, 1990) wearing a navy floor-length sequinned gown by Roland Mouret with a gold bangle that also belonged to Diana.

January 16, 2019: Meghan, Duchess of Sussex visits the ‘Mayhew’ animal welfare charity in London looking lovely and tonal in head-to-toe beige. Her bump was looking particularly round in an H&M knit dress that costs approximately $45 NZD. But that’s where the affordable pieces ends. The Duchess completed her look with a cashmere Emporio Armani coat, Stella McCartney handbag and Pippa Small diamond earrings.

January 14, 2019: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry join forces for their day-long visit to Birkenhead, to support local communities. Today, Meghan wore a bright red Sentaler coat over a purple Babaton by Aritizia dress with red Stuart Weitzman heels Gabriela Hearst bag.

It is said that the unusually bright colour combination for the Duchess is in an ode to one of Princess Diana’s most memorable outfits. A red and purple design by Catherine Walker which was worn on a royal visit to Hong Kong with Prince Charles in 1989.

January 10, 2019: Meghan, Duchess of Sussex steps out in London in a radiant fashion wearing a black HATCH Collection dress, camel Oscar de la Renta coat, suede gloves, and box bag by Victoria Beckham. The Duchess gives this classic British look a Meghan twist by way of modern Kimai cuff earrings and (completely un-royal?) cow print and PVC pumps by Gianvito Rossi. The Duchess attends Smart Works – one of the four charities she was named patron of earlier that day.

December 25, 2018: Meghan, Duchess of Sussex wears head-to-toe Victoria Beckham to the Royal Family’s traditional Christmas Day service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Norfolk. From the tailored slim coat and knee-high boots to the popular powder box style handbag, Meghan kept it tonal and strictly VB for the occasion.

December 18, 2018: Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex steps out on another solo engagement to visit a nursing home – the famed Brinsworth House – in Twickenham ahead of Christmas time. Wearing a Brock Collection midi-length floral dress with cap sleeves, Meghan’s bump was noticeably on show. October 21, 2018: As the Invictus Games in Sydney continue, The Duke and Duchess ditch the formalities and hit the water in (casual) style. Meghan wears white Veja Esplar sneakers which are an established sustainable brand recognised across the globe. While the world might be snapping these kicks up in a timely matter, most Kiwis will probably just dig theirs out of their closets for they already have a cult following in urban centres.

The regal navy look by Givenchy wasn’t short on modern Meghan’s style, however. Teaming it with a hat by Noel Stewart and a cluster of unusually heavy gold rings on her right hand by Pippa Small, the Duchess has caused a sell out for the ethical designer.

September 25, 2018: It was the image that almost broke the internet. Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’s solo visit to the opening of ‘Oceania’ at the Royal Academy of Arts where she – wait for it – shut her own car door! Furthermore, the Duchess was also seen wearing her hair straight rather than her signature low bun or tousled waves. Meghan’s dress is by Givenchy and her black bow pumps are by Aquazzura – which have become a go-to for the royal. It’s a 10/10 from us.

Simple, yet undeniably stunning.
