Former The Hills reality star turned fashion designer, Lauren Conrad has put her Pacific Palisades, California palace on the market for a massive $4.995 million – a pretty decent markup from the $4.4 million she paid for the property in 2015 – according to Trulia.
The luxury five-bed, six-bath home is situated on 1.4 acres and features a swimming pool, a waterfall, a spa, and a “waterside treehouse”.
We wouldn’t say no to walking through those French doors into a lofty living area. Now to find $5 million USD…
