Kendall Jenner has ditched the birthday suit in favour of a birthday boot for her 22nd birthday.
The model and reality TV star hosted a birthday dinner in LA in the company of family and friends and wore a pair of $10,000 (approx. NZD $14,500) Yves Saint Laurent Swarovski crystal-embellished, thigh-high boots to mark the occasion.
The infamous boots, seen on Rihanna earlier this year, were worn with a pair of oversized high-waisted vintage-washed jeans with knee splits, and a cropped wife beater tank. Super casual, right?
Dripping in crystals, Kendall took to social media to showcase her boots of choice which arguably brought the glam to an otherwise relaxed celebration. The boots were bringing back all the feels from her crystal-embellished slip dress donned at her 21st last year. Can we detect a recurring theme here Kenny?
In the days to follow, Kendall was seen sporting the lucrative boots to a Los Angeles Clippers basketball game – getting her cost per wear down, obvs – with a baggy, white funnel-necked sweatshirt and slim-legged vintage-washed jeans.
Rumour has it, she was attending to cheer on supposed boyfriend Blake Griffin. An orchestrated not-so-subtle gesture to let him know she was there, perhaps?
