There’s a new It-girl in town…
While Cindy Crawford’s return to the catwalk with her fellow OG supermodels during Versace may have turned heads, it has been Crawford’s daughter Kaia Gerber that has had everybody talking this fashion month.
Having only just turned sixteen in September, the model’s natural predisposition to the catwalk this last month has been nothing short of victorious. Genes were never going to be a problem for this one – as daughter of Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, Kaia has evolved from once an up-and-comer to one of the most in-demand models of the season.
With chestnut locks and legs for days, she bears an uncanny resemblance to Crawford circa 1992. This, paired with her commanding catwalk prowess, saw her swanning down the catwalk and into the designer shows of Alexander Wang, Valentino, Versace, Burberry, Bottega Veneta, Calvin Klein, Coach, Marc Jacobs, Moschino, Yves Saint Laurent, Isabel Marant, Off/White, Fendi and Prada. Phew! And to think, she’s only just getting started…
