Vlada Haggerty is a makeup artist hailing from Ukraine who now lives in Los Angeles. She’s a phenomenal makeup artist – emphasis on the artist part – best known for her incredible lip creations.
She has looks that are inspired by summer fruits, Disney’s The Jungle Book, and even Minnie Mouse. But our personal faves are the metallic drip art creations. We swoon. Seriously.
