Windsor Castle is the preferred weekend home of Queen Elizabeth II. She takes up official residence for a month over Easter, known as Easter Court. After the disastrous 1992 fire the castle had to be fully restored with an estimated £37 million damage bill. This photo of the The Green Drawing Room was taken after the restoration, refurbished with gorgeous green accents that are right on-trend today!

The Queen and Prince Philip regularly spend two months in the summer at Balmoral Castle in Scotland and we can see why! While the both exterior and interior of the castle are truly breathtaking it’s the immaculately landscapes gardens and this amazing greenhouse that impressed us the most. This is what you call #gardengoals!

The much-loved Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark call the picturesque Amalienborg Palace in Denmark home. This photo was taken at a dinner hosted at the palace by Queen Margrethe II in honour of Turkish President Abdullah Gul. The spectacular artwork and ornate ceilings are right at home in the royal setting.
