The renovations on her nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom apartment are going to take approximately a year, so in the meantime young Tay will fork out out a casual USD $40,000 (that’s NZD $57,000) per month on her rent.
The five-bedroom West Village rental property Taylor is leasing is owned by Soho House chief technology officer David Aldea. And with a two-story patio, private garage and indoor pool, it will be the perfect haven for the 26-year-old to recoup after a bad breakup.
