She may the youngest of the Kardashian clan, but Kylie Jenner is certainly racking up quite the real estate portfolio.
Jenner bought her first home in 2015 for US $2.7 million (NZ $4 million) in the city of Calabasas, where half sisters Khloe and Kourtney also live nearby. Now the Lip Kit queen has upgraded to a whopping US $6 million (NZ $8.6 million) home in California’s Hidden Hills, close to momager Kris Jenner and her other half sister Kim.
The reality star has reportedly already moved into the six-bedroom Cape Cod-style mansion, perfect timing settle in her new haven following her break up with rapper beau Tyga. But don’t be fooled into thinking that the teen queen is mourning her two-year romance – rumours have surfaced that the 18-year-old has already moved on to Canadian rapper PartyNextDoor, real name Jahron Anthony Brathwaite.
As for the new house, there is no doubt that it will undergo a full Kris Jenner makeover – be sure to keep a lookout on Kylie’s Snapchat for all the glamorous home improvements.
