The supermodel’s beauty collaboration with Maybelline has been drip-fed to markets around the world and has been selling out in record time.
Though a year in the making, we first found out about the limited-edition Gigi x Maybelline line when highly suggestive Instagrams were being posted on their respective accounts hinting at summery shades and Hollywood glam.
Makeup to make us look like golden, So-Cal, girl-next-door Gigi Hadid? Yes please! Turns out our Commonwealth counterparts in the UK felt the same way, with the collection selling out in under 90 minutes through mega-sized pharmacy chain Boots.
What’s more, Kiwis will have access to the limited-edition products exclusively at Farmers stores nationwide.
From her home base in NYC to her hometown in LA, the design and details of these three Maybelline makeup collections reveal the story of Gigi Hadid’s life as she sees it, one shade name at a time. This includes the all-in-one Jetsetter travel palette designed by Gigi which went viral when she previewed it on her Instagram, in addition to all the tools needed to create two iconic Gigi looks in a New York minute – West Coast Glow and East Coast Glam.

WEST COAST GLOW
This kit will help you steal the spotlight with a bold red lip, while keeping eyes soft and shimmering. The West Coast Glow kit offers two mini eyeshadow palettes, each with six special, Gigi-crafted shades in either warm or cool tones. Also included in the kit is a slanted eyeshadow brush, a nude gel eye liner and winged mascara. A tinted primer and liquid strobe cream covers your base.
To complete the Hollywood glam look there are three specially curated, limited-edition matte red lipsticks created by Gigi herself. Each lipstick comes with a matching liner.
EAST COAST GLAM
The East Coast Glam kit reflects Gigi’s go-to, casual look, created with a bold, clean cat eye, fresh glowy face and matte nude lip. This kit offers two mini eyeshadow palettes, each with five soft matte shades, perfect for recreating Gigi’s natural eye contour look and giving dimension and depth to the eye. The palettes come in both warm and dark tones to cater to all.
Also included in the kit is a dome-shaped eye contour brush and a duo ended fibre mascara. To get Gigi’s classic cat eye, the kit provides both a liquid eyeliner and a black gel eye liner. A tinted primer and liquid strobe cream covers your base.
When Gigi rocks a strong cat eye, she always tones down her lips with a natural, edgy nude so this kit includes three limited edition creamy matte shades with matching lip liners.
JETSETTER
Gigi’s on-the-go Jetsetter travel kit provides everything you need to de-puff, conceal and glow, to look fresh even after a long flight (or night). Offering all your makeup essentials in one slim travel palette, this convenient kit contains two concealers, a lip balm in both nude and pink shades, four eyeshadows, a coral blush, matte bronzer and a beautiful chrome highlighter. An applicator and mini mascara complete the kit.
